Constructive dialogue creates constructive teams. I consult with teams teaching everyone how to use the constructive dialogue tool and then facilitate learning through interactions and coaching.

In-house family support

I offer hands-on tools that employees can take away, achieve work life balance, learn effective parenting tools to handle discipline/siblings/tantrums, learn how to parent teenagers or simply prepare to parent.

Supporting individuals makes organizational growth possible. I teach people effective tools that will help them at work and outside. These sessions are available online or in person.
