Cornelia’s work is relationship and attachment focused, she has been working with clients in cross cultural relationships, people who are part of growing expat communities in global cities. Others are new parents – balancing their memories, hopes and expectations – and trying to chart their way forward.

Attachment patterns are the basis of any relationship, here lies the key to shift. She is exploring with you, following the red string, how to make that shift.

Within corporate organizations, we coach teams to find a working rhythm that is efficient and satisfying. Our work involves coaching people on how to communicate in a professional context and work together to everyone’s strengths.

We offer conscious parenting workshops on raising children from newborn to the teenage years.

Conscious Parenting is a medley of discovering your goals as a parent, psychology, brain development knowledge and hands on parenting tools to come up with what is best for your individual family.

Conscious Self is being aware of our feelings, our triggers, our reactions and our journey. We'll work with you to achieve whatever you are looking for. We can work together to heal, connect, forgive, gain confidence - progress in your journey. Everyone can work on their desire to change, overcome feelings of being overwhelmed and deal positively any obstacles you are facing. Let us support your healing.

Conscious couples

Every couple have their highs and lows, transitions and crises. I can help you to get out of a crisis stronger then you went in - to connect and grow closer and use the opportunity of the moment to heal. I will help you to manage a low point or a negative dynamic empathically and professionally by enabling you to gain awareness of unconscious psychological patterns, improve communication, manage your conflict effectively, work on constructive solutions, reconnect and learn how to stay connected.

I have a track-record of helping many couples to create a happier and more fulfilling partnership, and some to dissolve their relationships in an harmonious and peaceful way.

Conscious parents

If the parent you would like to be is different to the one you are right now, there is help on hand. Parents often struggle with work-life balance. Or perhaps are unsure if they are doing the right thing. Sometimes, they just want to upgrade their parenting toolbox.We can work with you to provide parent support and coaching - you will feel empowered by knowledge and will leave with hands on tools. Conscious teams

As organization leaders, you want to offer your team effective support. Or perhaps show them that you care. I offer in house consultations to teams and individual employees.
